QA Tester and Automation Specialist (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Define and ensure quality standards for existing and new software on all of our platforms (web, mobile, APIs)
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Testing web and mobile applications manually and with the help from automated scripts in order to ensure the quality of the products we build
  • Create full test documentation, and execution: STP, STD and STR
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts 
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Provide assistance to Product Owners for deriving acceptance criteria of user stories
  • Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Your Profile:

Your Mission:

You will ensure that our products operate smoothly on all clients.

Your Tasks:

  • You will work on existing products as well as upcoming new products which are used by millions
  • Develop and ideate innovative solutions based on product requirements and business challenges 
  • You will contribute to the product development and serve as an internal resource for technical software applications
  • Architecting and implementation pragmatic and robust solutions

Sr. Backend Engineer (Ruby) (m/f)

Your Tasks:

SEO & Content Specialist (m/f)

Your Mission:

In this role, you should become the technical and strategic SEO lead for all global markets.

Your Tasks:

  • Boosting the SEO rankings of ZenMate's products using innovative SEO techniques, prioritising the top 10 markets & strategising for potential growth in new emerging markets
  • Refining & implementing suitable SEO tools for marketing team's usage

Your Profile:

Customer Support Agent (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Provide our customers with an outstanding customer service experience: Answer tickets (we use ZenDesk) and Emails in a timely and qualitative manner, as well as Social Media requests
  • Work closely in the team: prioritize your daily and more long term tasks in collaboration with our small, motivated and supportive team
  • Find solutions for the technical problems of our users through own research and in cooperation with our developers
  • Proactively further improve our customer support processes and generating new ideas to increase efficiency
